Procurement Specialist

The Indirect Procurement Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the business and suppliers, supporting procurement and contracting activities such as pre-qualification, tender, and auction management. The selected candidate will implement the source-to-contract process for all goods and services, provide feedback for improvement, and execute global sourcing initiatives by carrying out the following tasks:
Key Responsibilities:- Execute Source-to-Contract tasks for projects within a set threshold, working closely with corporate and global stakeholders to identify requirements.
- Implement source-to-contract elements of global category strategies for specific business units as directed by the global stakeholders.
- Identify savings opportunities through data analysis, ensuring service targets for quality, cost, and time are met.
- Support supplier qualification and development to maintain a strong supplier base.
- Ensure adherence to standard briefing and specification templates.
- Follow procurement processes and systems, supporting continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with corporate responsibility to ensure sustainable sourcing solutions.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
- Monitor supplier performance.
- Successful completion of academic background.
- At least 5 years of working experience in a similar role with indirect categories, at least 2 years within the IT category.
- Previous working experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Source to Contract process knowledge.
- Business fluency in English, any further language would be a plus.
- Professional user in MS Office.
- Advanced SAP skills (understanding End to End process flow).
- Strong negotiation skills to secure the best possible terms and prices.
- Analytical thinking.
