Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 Functional Specialist

TN Switzerland is a leading provider of innovative solutions in the field of customer relationship management. We are currently seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 Functional Specialist to join our team.

**About the Role:**
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with expertise in implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for interacting with clients to understand their business requirements, demonstrating solution capabilities, creating solution designs, and advising on complex business cases.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Interact with clients to understand business requirements and document those requirements
* Demonstrate D365 Marketing solution capabilities to the client
* Create solution design to address client business, interface, and performance requirements
* Advise on complex MS Dynamics Marketing business cases and propose comprehensive solutions based on Marketing and CRM and customizations
* Create functional requirements and functional design for customizations
* Create effort estimates for implementation tasks
* Provide MS Dynamics SME expertise to client and mentor team members
* Data migration (Data mapping) from external systems into MS Marketing/CRM
* Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing
* Conduct user and administrator training

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Excellent proficiency on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365
* 10+ years of total IT experience
* 6+ years of experience on Dynamics CRM
* Extremely good understanding of Dynamics CRM entities, workflows and configuration
* Excellent communication and articulation skills
* Experience of functional analysis and functional support
