Our team is seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM Senior Functional Consultant to lead the delivery of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation for a high-profile project.

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to design, configure, and deploy solutions that meet complex business requirements.

  • Act as the primary functional expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, leading the end-to-end implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their processes, challenges, and objectives, translating them into functional requirements and system designs.
  • Configure Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.) to align with business needs, including customizing workflows, entities, forms, and dashboards.

  • Provide expertise in integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems (e.g., Power Platform, Azure, third-party applications) to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Lead workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful adoption of the CRM solution.
  • Work closely with developers to guide technical customizations, plugins, and extensions when out-of-the-box solutions are insufficient.
  • Document functional specifications, process flows, and configuration details to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (on-premises and/or online versions).
  • Proven track record of leading full-cycle Dynamics CRM implementations for enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and their configuration/customization capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) and integration with Dynamics 365.
