Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough safety assessments for avionics, software-intensive, and mechanical systems to identify potential hazards and risks.
- Define, validate, and verify safety requirements to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Perform risk assessments to support continued airworthiness and develop safety classification of engineering changes.
- Proficiency in conducting Safety Assessments in accordance with SAE ARP 4761, including Functional Hazard Assessments (FHA), System Safety Assessment (SSA), and techniques such as Fault Tree Analysis and Common Mode Analysis (CMA).
- Hands-on experience utilizing SAE ARP 4754A standards for the development of civil aircraft and systems.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills (C1) to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adaptability in approaching challenges, with a capacity to work independently and proactively find solutions.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills to foster effective collaboration within the company and with external stakeholders.
- Ability to balance analytical rigor with consensus-building among multiple stakeholders, while ensuring alignment with safety objectives and regulatory compliance.
