Compensation and Benefits Lead

Climeworks AG is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Lead to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our global compensation and benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a global rewards strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and market trends.
  • Manage the company's Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP) and Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) programs.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure compensation and benefits remain competitive across all countries.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants involved in HR systems, compensation surveys, and equity program administration.
  • Use data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong understanding of global compensation and benefits practices, including regulatory requirements and market trends.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and managing executive compensation programs.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data-driven insights to influence decisions.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a changing environment.
  • Fluency in English.
