Compensation and Benefits Manager

Climeworks AG is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to lead the design, implementation, and management of our global compensation and benefits programs. As a key member of our HR team, you will ensure that our total rewards package aligns with our business goals, attracts top talent, retains our valued employees, and complies with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a global rewards strategy, including base salary, incentive structures, and executive compensation that aligns with our objectives and market trends.
- Manage the company's Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP) and Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) programs, ensuring they are effectively administered, aligned with market practices, and properly communicated to employees.
- Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure compensation and benefits remain competitive across all countries, recommending adjustments as needed.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants involved in HR systems, compensation surveys, and equity program administration.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, HR Business Partners, and external partners to deliver competitive, forward-thinking compensation and benefits that drive employee satisfaction and enhance organizational performance.
- Use data analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs, prepare reports for various stakeholders, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
- Strong understanding of global compensation and benefits practices, including regulatory requirements and market trends.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and managing executive compensation programs.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data-driven insights to influence decisions.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and resilience in a changing environment.
- Fluency in English.
