Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Content Manager to join our Digital Marketing Platforms team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and publishing new content on our website, with a strong focus on user experience and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain existing international content across multiple websites in our global enterprise CMS.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from all business areas to develop proposals for bringing content to life and obtaining necessary information.
  • Oversee SEO performance, including continuous reporting, improvements, and implementation of our SEO strategy.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance design, UX, user journeys, and conversion optimization.
  • Project manage and coordinate website initiatives in close collaboration with divisional peers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in enterprise web publishing and content management using a state-of-the-art Enterprise Content Management System.
  • Extensive experience in search engine optimization and relevant tools, such as Semrush, Webmaster Search Consoles, and Business Profiles.
  • Project management skills and strong experience in stakeholder management and communication.
  • Hands-on experience with design tools and image editing, like Photoshop and Figma.
  • Experience in user-centric UX/UI design, storytelling, and data-backed user research.
  • Web development know-how (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Fluent/native in English and German, with excellent spoken and editorial skills. French, Italian, or Spanish is desirable but not required.
