About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Content Manager to join our Digital Marketing Platforms team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and publishing new content on our website, with a strong focus on user experience and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of our website, ensuring it is user-friendly, accessible, and optimized for search engines.
  • Provide recommendations for improving design, UX, and user journeys to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Project manage and coordinate website initiatives, working closely with divisional peers to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Ensure all content is up-to-date, consistent with brand guidelines, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in enterprise web publishing and content management, with a strong understanding of CMS systems.
  • Extensive experience in search engine optimization, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience with design tools, such as Photoshop and Figma, and a strong understanding of UX/UI design principles.
  • Fluent/native in English and German, with excellent spoken and written skills.
