jim & jim ist eine führende Agentur im Bereich NextGen Marketing. Wir sind Teil des «Team Farner», welches die grösste Agenturgruppe in der Schweiz darstellt. Wir entwickeln strategische Marketingkonzepte, setzen Kampagnen um und positionieren Brands und ihre Produkte bei digitalen Zielgruppen bzw. dem «hyperconnected customer». Wir bieten unseren Kunden vom Social Media Konzept bis zur komplexen Rundumbetreuung als Leadagentur eine Full-Service-Leistung. Wir arbeiten u.a. für Brands wie The Coca-Cola Company, Zweifel Chips, Orell Füssli, Flughafen Zürich, Emmi, Heineken, Hochschule Luzern, uvm.

Aufgaben
  • Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Content-Strategen, der unsere Inhalte und kreativen Umsetzungen weiterentwickelt und leitet.
  • Der Content-Lead wird konzeptioneller Lead im Content-Bereich sein und kreative Ideen entwickeln.
  • Der Creative Director wird bei Video- und Werbefilm-Drehs und Foto-Shootings die kreative Leitung übernehmen.
  • Wir suchen einen Marketing-Manager, der eigene Content- und Kreativ-Konzepte ausarbeitet.
  • Der Digital Content Specialist wird an Beratungsgesprächen mit Kunden teilnehmen und strategische Mitarbeit leisten.
  • Wir suchen einen Storyteller, der unsere Kunden begeistert und einfach mal alles auf den Kopf stellt.
  • Der Content Experience Manager wird Massnahmen Controlling und Feedback übernehmen.
  • Der Storytelling-Expert wird intensive Zusammenarbeit mit Beratern und Projektleitern haben.
Qualifikation
  • Du liebst kreativen Content und weisst wie man konzeptet und produziert.
  • Du willst Verantwortung übernehmen, Teamgeist ausleben und viel Neues lernen.
  • Du bist natürlich überdurchschnittlich gut vertraut mit Social Media.
  • Du verstehst die Bedürfnisse, Workflows und Herausforderungen von Grossfirmen.
  • Du weisst wie man eine Story im digitalen Umfeld erzählt: «own the story».
  • Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Marketing/Werbung/Kreation.
  • Du bist strukturiert und organisiert.
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit.
