About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Content Manager to join our Digital Marketing Platforms team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and publishing new content on our website, with a strong focus on user experience and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Oversee the maintenance and publication of international content across multiple websites in our global enterprise CMS.
  • Ensure compliance with SEO best practices and implement our SEO strategy to improve search engine rankings.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance design, UX, and user journeys to improve conversion rates.
  • Project manage and coordinate website initiatives in close collaboration with divisional peers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in enterprise web publishing and content management using a state-of-the-art CMS.
  • Extensive experience in search engine optimization and relevant tools such as Semrush and Webmaster Search Consoles.
  • Strong project management skills and experience in stakeholder management and communication.
  • Hands-on experience with design tools and image editing software such as Photoshop and Figma.
  • Experience in user-centric UX/UI design, storytelling, and data-backed user research.
  • Fluent/native in English and German, with excellent spoken and editorial skills.
