About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the growth of Sealing & Bonding (S&B) sales in EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan to increase sales in the Vertical Market Residential while expanding solutions to other markets.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and technologies, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. They will also have a passion for innovation and a growth mindset.

Key Skills:
  • Technical Expertise: Proven technical experience in S&B, preferably in a global and local position, with a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, technologies, and construction project requirements.
  • Leadership & Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver impactful results with strong analytical skills.
  • Innovation & Sustainability: Proactivity, creativity, and a passion for innovation with a focus on sustainability practices.
