Übernahme von operativen Aufgaben

Als Operations Coordinator bei Yeastup AG übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die operative Steuerung der täglichen Abläufe in den Bereichen Operations, Logistik und Supply-Chain-Management. Du arbeitest eng mit einem dynamischen und erfahrenen Team zusammen und bist in alle Prozesse eingebunden, die zur Planung, Steuerung und Optimierung der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette notwendig sind: von der Rohstoffbeschaffung über die Produktion bis hin zur Auslieferung an unsere Kunden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Operative Verantwortung: Du übernimmst die operative Verantwortung für die effiziente Steuerung der täglichen Abläufe in den Bereichen Operations, Logistik und Supply-Chain-Management.
  • Koordination und Überwachung: Du koordinierst und überwachst die Lieferkette sowie baust und pflegst Beziehungen zu Lieferanten auf.
  • Unterstützung bei operativen Maßnahmen: Du unterstützt bei der täglichen Umsetzung operativer Maßnahmen und mitwirkst bei strategischen Entscheidungen zur Optimierung der Geschäftsprozesse.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Du optimierst Prozesse zur Effizienzsteigerung und Qualitätssicherung.
  • Einführung und Verwaltung von IT-Systemen: Du einführst und verwaltest operative IT-Systeme wie ERP/CRM-Tools.
  • Debitoren- und Kreditorenprüfung: Du übernimmst die operative Prüfung und Überwachung von Debitoren und Kreditoren in Abstimmung mit dem Accounting.
  • Projektplanung und -steuerung: Du plant, steuerst und umsetzt Projekte sowie unterstützt flexible in bereichsübergreifende Aufgaben in enger Abstimmung mit verschiedenen Abteilungen.
  • Berichterstattung und Analysen: Du erstellst Berichte und Analysen zur operativen Leistung und Prozessoptimierung.
  • Kompliance und internen Richtlinien: Du sicherst die Einhaltung von Compliance-Vorgaben und internen Richtlinien.
  • Risikominimierung: Du identifizierst proaktive Risiken und entwickelst Massnahmen zur Risikominimierung.
  • Mitarbeit in der Personalsuche: Du mitwirkst in der Personalsuche und -entwicklung.

Deine Qualifikation

Um erfolgreich in dieser Rolle zu sein, benötigst du ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, idealerweise im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft oder Lebensmittel. Erfahrung in einem dynamischen Umfeld in den Bereichen Operations- und Supply-Chain-Management, vorzugsweise in der Lebensmittelbranche, ist wünschenswert. Du solltest über ein Organisationstalent mit strukturierter, analytischer und koordinationsstarker Arbeitsweise verfügen und Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Entscheidungsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und hoher Belastbarkeit benötigen. Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Pflege von Lieferantenbeziehungen in der Lieferkette sowie sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel) und Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM/ERP-Tools sind vorteilhaft. Du solltest auch über Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit sowie selbstständiges und verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten verfügen. Stilsichere deutsche Orthografie und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind erforderlich. Realistische Gehaltsvorstellungen, die zu einem wachsenden Startup passen, sind ebenfalls erwünscht.
