Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join Elevate Partners as a Vice President Cross-Asset Solutions Sales. This role requires driving business development efforts with distribution clients across different regions.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing distribution clients.
  • Identify potential revenue-generating distribution channels.
  • Create tailored investment solutions using structured products for specific client needs.

Key Qualifications :

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications :

Education & Experience :

  • A bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university in finance, economics, or a related field is required; a master's degree would also be considered advantageous.
  • No less than 7 years of experience working within investment sales/business development roles dealing directly with corporate/institutional investors.

Required Skills :

In addition to educational background and professional history, we require candidates who have demonstrated proficiency in the following areas :

  • A proven track record selling cross-asset solutions including structured products, QIS, repacks, and risk transfer solutions.
  • A strong understanding of product structure, including pricing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
