About the Role

  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to enforce local policies, procedures, and legislation, primarily for Switzerland.
  • Support the HR Business Partners in implementing processes for Talent Development, Performance Management, Engagement Survey, and more.
  • Work with country HR on local cases and support HR Business Partners on processes, updating Organizational Management structures, systems, and more.
  • Contribute to local HR events, initiatives, and communications within and outside the team.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including Purchase order numbers for the HR department, coordination of social events, and arrangements.
  • Support the preparation and preparation of various employment-related documents, manage letters, and coordinate with HR Shared Services.
  • Support recruitment processes for temporary positions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices, identifying issues, proposing, developing, and implementing solutions across the country.
  • Support HR projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, law, psychology, or completed commercial training with an affinity for Human Resources.
  • First practical experience through internships or part-time jobs is an asset.
  • Very good English and German language skills are required.
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office programs.
  • Good communication skills with a committed and independent way of working.
  • Motivated, flexible, and team-oriented personality.
