Global Executive Administrative Assistant

Smartwool and Icebreaker are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Global Executive Administrative Assistant to join their team based in Stabio, Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Global President in managing calendars, preparing presentation decks, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Assist in the planning and execution of brand events, sales conferences, and employee social events.
- Maintain the President's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, exercising discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.
- Attend key meetings, take notes, and prepare initial drafts of minutes and summaries.
- Provide administrative support, including drafting and reviewing communications, memos, and other documents on the President's behalf.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a service/brand assistant & coordinator.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with peers and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a focus on PowerPoint presentation skills.
- English language proficiency and discretion in handling confidential information.
