Brand Activation Lead Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Activation Lead to join our team at Japan Tobacco International AG. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand activation programs that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Mentor Direct Reports: Provide guidance and support to direct reports, helping them to develop their skills and advance in their careers.
  • Develop Brand Activation Strategies: Translate brand strategies into relevant consumer and trade programs that maximize impact across existing and new consumer touchpoints.
  • Analyze Consumer and Trade Data: Interpret data and generate insights to reshape the consumer decision journey and inform marketing strategies.
  • Implement CRM Platform: Work with global excellence teams to implement an overall CRM platform that supports business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Co-create activation programs with Brand teams, Digital & CX, and Sales Managers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Monitor and Analyze Activation Metrics: Continuously monitor and analyze activation metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize activation investment.
  • Provide Business Insights: Provide necessary input to other business functions within the area or responsibility to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
Requirements
  • University Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Marketing Experience: Solid experience in marketing and brand activation, preferably in an FMCG company.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Technical Skills: Thorough knowledge of MS Office and excellent command of written and spoken English.
