For our Swiss Entity in Dagmersellen, we are looking for a motivated, team-oriented and proactive individual for the permanent position as:
**Brand Manager (M/F/d)**
In this role, you will report to the CTP Brand Lead Manager, and you will be responsible for the stewardship of brand equity within the JTI portfolio. You will be the communication custodian for existing and new brand launches. You will be in regular contact with JTI global brand management and global/local communication agencies and closely collaborate with other Marketing & Sales community members to ensure consistency of brand equity and consumer-centric commercialization plans. With a collaborative and challenging mindset, you promote transformation to new ways of working.
**What will you do - Responsibilities**
- Drive development of the brand family portfolio, pricing & communication strategies based on market & competitive dynamics and best practices to maximize brand performance
- Supervise development of all elements of the marketing mix including new product, new pack, promo pricing and communication to strengthen brand equity while ensuring alignment to brand positioning as defined by HQ GFBs
- Drive innovation as appropriate especially to determine new ways to reach the consumer. Oversee adaptation of global guidelines in order to suit local specificities
- Work in close collaboration with respective managers of C&T Activation and Sales Groups as well as managers of CX & Digital and Strategic Insights. Ensure alignment with the market and HQ and integrated activities
- Monitor brand evaluation metrics and brand P&L to establish brand performance over time. Optimize and manage brand budgets to support local growth agenda
- Responsible for all top line contact with global/local agency and management of relationship with the agencies. Regularly assess agency performance and take corrective actions if necessary
**Who are we looking for - Qualifications and Experience**
- Higher level university degree or equivalent educational background in Marketing and/or Economics
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in FMCG, marketing & sales functions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to create strong enthusiasm for your brand across functions
- Being result-oriented, dedicated & passionate
- Ability to work on own initiative, delivering with a high level of integrity, with sense of urgency, and to a high-quality standard
- Good understanding of the tobacco industry, including appreciation of legislation and marketing standards
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office, latest digital activation tools
- Strong command of written and spoken business English
