Zürcher Kantonalbank is partnered with a high-growth Hedge Fund in Zurich, looking to hire a Senior Fund Operations Officer. The fund runs a Fixed Income strategy and is ready to launch a brand new fund.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the hedge fund run smoothly. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with traders to ensure accurate trade execution and settlement
  • Managing NAV Reconciliations and month end processes, overseeing external fund administrators
  • Ensuring operational compliance with internal policy and external regulation
  • Leading client onboarding and KYC processes
  • Responsible for portfolio administration
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement

Key requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
  • 3+ years of hedge fund operations experience
  • Strong understanding of FX Transactions
  • Professional certifications such as CFA or CAIA
  • Programming skills in Python
  • Risk management experience

Candidates with relevant experience and qualifications will be considered for this exciting opportunity.
