  • Review and analyze client documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Support the team and client-facing staff in compliance and regulatory matters regarding daily business
  • Evaluate the risk profile of high-risk clients and transactions by analyzing their source of funds, business activities, and relationships
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal regulations

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English is required, German is a plus
  • Residency in Switzerland is necessary
  • Experience in the FinTech and RegTech industry as well as cryptocurrencies and blockchain is essential
  • A completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification is preferred
