Sales Campaign Automation Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Campaign Automation Manager to join our team at Vorwerk International & Co. KmG. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining automated trigger-based campaigns using the Emarsys Campaign Management tool.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Campaign Strategies: Design and implement omnichannel campaign landscapes to engage customers and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists: Work closely with data scientists to translate target selection into trigger-based campaigns and develop algorithms.
  • Manage Campaign Execution: Orchestrate campaigns across various channels, including email, website, and app, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor and Analyze Campaign Performance: Create visualizations and reports to track campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple campaign landscapes simultaneously and work with tight timelines to deliver high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Extensive Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in successful sales campaign implementation with Emarsys Campaign Tool and international environment.
  • Deep Knowledge: Strong understanding of CRM and data, with the ability to adapt campaign inputs to various communication channels.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in databases (relational) and data modeling, with experience working with Agile frameworks.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, oral, and presentation-based communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
