Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Operations Specialist to collaborate with our team in maintaining and enhancing the data flow across various platforms and systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in scripting, collaboration, source-code management, and network awareness, with a strong focus on automation and integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth and secure flow of data across different platforms and systems, utilizing scripting, collaboration, source-code management, and network awareness tools.
  • Optimize operations and infrastructure functions by automating and integrating processes, tasks, and workflows.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to data flow, network infrastructure, servers, and external services.
  • Implement and maintain best practices and standards for data protection, security, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams, such as DevOps, security, and service desk, to support the delivery and maintenance of IT services and solutions.
  • Contribute to the improvement of IT operations and infrastructure functions by providing feedback, suggestions, and innovations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Good programming knowledge in R, Python, and SQL.
  • Practical experience in developing scripts for tools automation.
  • Knowledge of engineering fundamentals and an appetite for systems thinking.
  • Proficiency with business analytics tools such as Power BI/Power Automation, etc.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a growing, dynamic, interdisciplinary team of experts.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
