We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Sr Customer Solutions Manager (CSM). In this role, you will work closely with our customers to drive cloud adoption and deliver transformational outcomes.

About the Role


This is a highly visible position that requires a thought leader to act as a trusted customer advisor. As a CSM, you will be responsible for ensuring all AWS teams are working together effectively to deliver transformational outcomes for the customer.



Requirements


  • Proven Experience in Driving Complex IT/Technical/Platform Programs
  • Executive Presence and Effective Communication Skills
  • Experience in Navigating Customer Organizational Structures
  • SCRUM/Agile, PMP, Prince2, PgMP, Six Sigma, SAFe Certified or Related Experience
  • AWS Certification(s) with Experience Implementing AWS and/or Other Cloud Services
  • MBA Degree or Equivalent
