About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Customer Solutions Manager to join our AWS EMEA SARL (Switzerland Branch) - G96 team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving cloud adoption and growth for our largest and fastest-growing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accelerate customer cloud adoption and drive value from investments in the cloud.
  • Own customers' cloud enablement/adoption readiness, driving migrations at scale, leading digital transformations, and benefit/value realization for AWS customers.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive cloud strategy, including people and operating model change, to ensure effective adoption of AWS.
  • Partner with customers to establish a cloud business case, define a vision/roadmap for their cloud program, and drive resolution of blockers to migrations and new solutions on AWS.
  • Work closely with customer stakeholders to define key milestones, success criteria, and resource allocation for cloud adoption and migration.

Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience driving complex, large-scale IT/technical/platform programs, including customer-facing experience delivering transformations for large enterprises with global operations.
  • Proven track record of developing a digital strategy, business case, and architecture design for customers and delivering solutions on public cloud technologies.
  • Executive presence and effective communication skills, including progress updates, risk management, execution planning, metrics establishment/tracking, presentations, technical content, public speaking, and white papers.
  • Experience navigating customer organizational structures, developing technology programs, defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and on-time delivery.
