Job Description: Laboratory Research Associate

We seek an experienced laboratory professional to assist in analytics, synthesis, and experiment setup. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting analytical and synthetic tasks in a laboratory environment
  • Maintaining laboratory equipment and setting up experiments
  • Recording data from experiments and entering it into a computer system
  • Preparing solutions and handling hazardous materials safely
  • Managing stockroom duties, including glassware washing and inventory control
  • Procuring supplies and equipment as required

The ideal candidate will have a background in chemistry, experience with analytical and laboratory equipment, and excellent organizational skills.

  • Necessary education/scientific knowledge/background in chemistry
  • Experience with analytical and general laboratory equipment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with German and English preferred
