Senior Laboratory Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Laboratory Specialist to join our team at Inventa Projects (Switzerland) AG. As a key member of our research and development team, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of cutting-edge process technologies for various industries.

This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in chemistry and experience with analytical equipment and general laboratory procedures. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and fluency in German and English.

• Analyze and synthesize samples in the laboratory setting
• Maintain and prepare laboratory equipment for experiments
• Set up and monitor experiments, collecting live data and recording results in a lab journal
• Prepare solutions and work with hazardous materials such as acids and other chemicals
• Perform stockroom duties including glassware washing, inventory control, safety data sheet management, and waste management
• Purchase supplies or equipment as required

• Degree in chemistry or related field
• Experience with analytical equipment and general laboratory procedures
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fuflly competent in German and English
