Cybersecurity Sales Manager MENA

We are a dynamic and innovative cybersecurity company based in Zurich, Switzerland.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will drive new business opportunities in the Cyber Security market in the MENA region by identifying qualified leads and prospecting new customers. The focus will be on sales for our cutting-edge Cyber Security Solutions, including AI-powered Vulnerability Scanning, Network Detection and Response (NDR) solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them
  2. Engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions using our products and services
  3. Present and sell our solutions and offerings through webinars, meetings, workshops, events, and trade shows both domestically and internationally
  4. Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature by working closely with the sales, pre-sales teams as well as with our partners
  5. Approach customers and execute sales strategy independently
  6. Work closely with the Pre-Sales Manager and Customer Success Manager to coordinate sales activities and engage with customers
  7. Conduct negotiations independently, including with C-Suite executives
  8. Contribute actively to the development of strategies and internal processes
  9. Achieve sales targets and ensure pipeline growth
Requirements
  • Hold a university degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Bring 5-8 years of experience in consultative sales within relevant technologies for high-tech products and/or services; Cybersecurity experience is advantageous
  • Demonstrate proven experience in customer interaction and effective follow-up
  • Be a results-driven professional with a profound understanding of sales methodologies, such as MEDDICC or Winning Complex Sales
  • Take the lead and initiative in sales initiatives
  • Possess a structured and organized work style
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills; display social competencies and a customer-oriented approach, emphasizing deal closures
  • Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and approach work with a structured style
  • Proven ability to work effectively as a team player
  • Show high commitment, a willingness to go the extra mile, and a proactive approach to taking responsibility independently
  • Be self-motivated with a results-oriented approach, maintaining a can-do mentality
  • Be fluent in English and Arabic; German is a plus
  • Display creative problem-solving skills with a knack for innovative solutions
  • Be open to travel as required for business needs
  • Preferrably based in the MENA region
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is €80,000 - €100,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:
