ICT Technical Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Technical Specialist to join our team in providing technical support for hardware and software issues. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site and remote technical support for users, including hardware installation, movement, and de-installation;
• Diagnose and resolve problems related to personal hardware, software, and system configurations;
• Conduct testing and validation of system and application changes in MS Windows 10 and MS Office 365 environment;
• Assist in small project management related to new hardware or software installations;
• Install software, patches, and updates using MS SCCM;

Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in a technical ICT environment, preferably in a manufacturing-based organization;
• General knowledge of end-user technology;
• Familiarity with end-user workspace platforms (discovery, asset management, client management) and Microsoft platforms (Active Directory, Office, SCCM);
• ITSM Tool Set (Ticket Management Software) preferred;
• Strong soft skills, including planning, organizing, attention to detail, problem-solving, analysis, flexibility, customer sensitivity, and technical writing;
• Excellent English language skills, written and spoken.
