External Reporting Process Leadership


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our External Reporting Process. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, including filings, earnings releases, and investor presentations.


Key Responsibilities



  • Compliance with accounting standards (Swiss-GAAP, IFRS) and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with various internal departments to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial disclosures
  • Lead the drafting, review, and finalization of financial statements, footnotes, and disclosures
  • Provide expertise on complex accounting issues and reporting implications of corporate transactions
  • Coordinate with auditors during the audit and review process
  • Establish and maintain strong internal controls over financial reporting

Requirements



  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience
  • Experience in a publicly traded company and stock exchange listing
  • Certification and strong understanding of IFRS
  • Experience with SIX Swiss Exchange requirements
  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team
