We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our Zurich team. As an Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in enhancing our fleet, coordinating our teams in the warehouse and in the field, and providing local support to our riders.
Key Responsibilities- Hire, train, and develop a team of Mechanics and Fleet Support professionals responsible for deploying and retrieving our shared electric vehicles.
- Establish and maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse environment that supplies a fully operational fleet of vehicles for Zurich.
- Develop and implement new processes and best practices to drive operational excellence within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify expansion opportunities within the region.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the profitability, revenue, and operational performance of the market.
- Provide complaint management and customer incident investigation support.
- Partner with the local Government Relations representative to manage key legal, regulatory, and safety issues.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, regulators, city officials, employees, and Lime management.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to drive local initiatives for revenue growth.
- 1-3 years of professional work experience, preferably in an Operations or Logistics role.
- Experience leading teams or groups is a plus.
- Demonstrated expertise in the Zurich region and ability to anticipate operational needs and challenges.
- Grit and an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work in a warehouse environment.
- High-energy and sound decision maker with the ability to make data-driven decisions with a cost-focused mindset.
- Fluent verbal and written English and Swiss German language skills. French language skills are a bonus.
- Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to navigate and draw inferences from data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Clean driving license.
