The Mandarin Oriental Palace, Lucerne has an exciting opportunity for a Hotel Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic Front Office team.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the Front Office team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office during peak periods, and assisting guests with any request from billing questions to local knowledge.

You will also assist the Front Office Manager and Assistant Front Office Manager in their duties, provide support to the Reservations department, and ensure the safety of guests and colleagues in the absence of the Duty Manager.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have completed vocational training in the hotel industry and several years of experience in the Front Office department in the upscale hospitality. You will also require good computer skills, PMS knowledge, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
