International Business Development Representative

Ebury is a leading global fintech company that empowers businesses to trade and grow internationally.

The company offers a comprehensive suite of products, including international payments and collections, FX risk management, trade finance, and API integrations.

As a Senior Financial Services Sales Professional, you will be responsible for expanding Ebury's customer base in the Swiss-German market.

You will work closely with experienced sales teams to develop new business client opportunities, from cold-calling to close of business.

Your primary goal will be to generate leads, create value propositions, and win business by presenting Ebury services to prospects and identifying their foreign exchange, hedging, payment, and/or trade finance requirements.

To succeed in this role, you must have commercial acumen, ambition, and a strong, self-motivated work ethic.

You should also have a basic knowledge of finance and economics, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The ideal candidate will be committed to developing a successful career within FinTech sales and have a passion for learning and growth.

In return, we offer a competitive remuneration package with an attractive, uncapped performance-based commission component.

You will also have the opportunity to progress to more senior sales positions or move into dealing or account management roles based on your performance and capability.
