As a Senior Client Service Associate at Finders, you will be part of a close-knit team in our Geneva office. We are a well-established boutique financial institution with a long-standing reputation for excellence. In this role, you will work closely with our experienced private banking assistants and relationship managers to provide exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private banking, with at least 5 years of experience as an assistant in Switzerland or as a junior banker. You will possess excellent product knowledge and investment expertise, as well as proficiency in English and French. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy under pressure will be essential to your success.

In addition to your technical skills, we are looking for a proactive, independent, and highly reliable individual who can thrive in a small team environment. You will need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining attention to detail. A multicultural mindset, coupled with a 'roll-up-your-sleeves' attitude, is crucial in this role.

You will be responsible for supporting our relationship managers in all aspects of client service, including administrative tasks, trade processing, and liaison with central functions. Your daily contact with clients will ensure the smooth-running of their portfolios, and you will also assist with business trips and client meetings.
