Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons notre futur Client Service Officer (H/F).

Description du poste

En tant que Client Service Officer, vous serez le premier point de contact des clients et aurez un rôle clé dans leur satisfaction et leur accompagnement.

  • Assurer le traitement des demandes client (via téléphone, e-mails, système de ticketing JIRA).
  • Comprendre et analyser le besoin du client pour lui apporter une réponse adaptée.
  • Accompagner les clients dans :
    • L'utilisation de la plateforme et de ses fonctionnalités.
    • L'interprétation des données présentées (performance, opérations, fichiers maîtres, etc.).
  • Vérifier que toutes les informations nécessaires sont disponibles pour identifier et diagnostiquer une problématique remontée par le client.
  • Effectuer un premier niveau d'analyse avant d'escalader si nécessaire auprès des équipes internes.
Gestion des incidents et coordination interne
  • Prioriser les demandes et assurer un suivi efficace des incidents en cours.
  • Coordonner le processus d'escalade en cas d'incident majeur (niveau 2 et 3).
  • Assurer le suivi des points ouverts jusqu'à leur résolution complète.
  • Se tenir informé(e) des évolutions et nouvelles fonctionnalités de la plateforme afin d'anticiper les besoins des clients.
Expérience & compétences
  • 5 ans d'expérience minimum en support client et/ou support technique.
  • Bonne connaissance des produits, flux et opérations bancaires.
  • À l'aise avec les outils informatiques courants (Excel, CSV, Notepad++, etc.) – une expertise technique avancée est un plus.

  • Excellente capacité à écouter et comprendre les besoins des clients.
  • Capacité à expliquer et vulgariser des concepts techniques selon le niveau de son interlocuteur.
  • Rigueur et souci du détail pour assurer un suivi précis des demandes.
  • Professionnalisme et adaptabilité en toutes circonstances.
  • Capacité à synthétiser l'information et à prioriser les actions.
  • Français & Anglais (obligatoires).
  • Allemand (un plus).
