Located throughout Europe, we're a Wealth Management, Property and Legal advice company. We support expats and locals with anything to do with these topics. Our training and commitment to our team means we are able to offer the best possible advice to our clients - whether that's for such issues as Inheritance Tax advice, buying and selling property or general legal advice to expats and locals.

The role of a Wealth Manager is very entrepreneurial. You'll be responsible for attracting new clients and supporting existing ones, to ensure they receive exactly that - the best possible advice.

This role is commission-based, with huge earning potential.

Working as a Wealth Manager at PCC, your earnings will directly link to your performance - but we want to ensure you're given the best possible chance to succeed in delivering top quality financial advice to our clients We want individuals who are committed to learning - and will back your qualifications so you can be fulfilling your earning ambitions

The Role

As a Wealth Manager, you'll:

  • Build and manage lasting relationships with clients through regular financial reviews.
  • Deliver personalised financial solutions that include savings plans, investments, pensions, and inheritance planning.
  • Generate leads and referrals by attending networking events and creating opportunities.
  • Work with cutting-edge tools, including our CRM system, to track and manage client journeys.
  • Play a pivotal role in mentoring associates, contributing to team success and growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Passionate professionals with a keen interest in finance and client service.
  • Individuals with excellent communication skills, capable of explaining financial concepts to clients with ease.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and an ability to thrive independently and within a team.
  • Experience in financial services is a plus, but we're equally keen to hear from motivated newcomers ready to learn and grow.

What You'll Need

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A willingness to network and create opportunities.
  • A UK Level 4 qualification or a commitment to achieving it.
  • A sense of humour and a professional approach to work
