About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to join our Marketing team at Mandarin Oriental Palace, Luzern.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all tasks related to the Marketing & Communications Department. This includes assisting in executing the yearly marketing plans and ensuring all campaigns are effectively managed from conception to implementation.

The Marketing & Communications Manager will also be responsible for creating and updating printed matter in compliance with the existing CI/CD and with the support of a graphic agency. They will be responsible for the creation, development and implementation of relevant advertisements in all areas (digital, print and other channels).

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing, Communications or a similar relevant area and previous working experience in Marketing in the hospitality industry or a related field. They must be highly organized, have outstanding communications skills and great attention to details.

A creative and out-of-the-box thinker with a can-do attitude is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required. Fluency in German and English is necessary, with other languages being an advantage.
