Job Title: Director, Enterprise Solutions Division

Contract Duration: 2 years

Duties and Responsibilities

The Director will provide leadership and vision to the Enterprise Solutions Division, aiming to achieve a higher level of maturity and ensure effective operation and evolution of the ERP system in line with business needs.

  1. Direct the Division's portfolio of work and take overall management responsibility for its human and financial resources.
  2. Orient the Division towards becoming a comprehensive strategic partner for multiple business stakeholders.
  3. Lead, manage and motivate the team, ensuring appropriate supervision and coaching.
  4. Oversee and strategically direct the AIMS Transformation 2.0 project.
  5. Oversee and direct the effective delivery of services, projects, and products related to integrated ERP systems.
  6. Ensure quality and timely reporting; manage risks and issues continuously.
  7. Engage with organizational initiatives to ensure alignment with business sectors.
  8. Establish strong partner relationships that promote a shared risk/reward model.
  9. Ensure costs of providing solutions are controlled and linked to business benefits.
  10. Monitor relevant technology trends and assist in developing sustainability strategies.
Requirements

Advanced university degree in Information Technology, Business Management or a related field. A first-level university degree plus two years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced degree.

Certification in program management and architecture frameworks such as MSP and TOGAF.

Certification in a recognized project management methodology, such as PRINCE2, and ITIL Foundation.

Experience (Essential)

At least 15 years' relevant professional experience, including undertaking projects to effectively implement ERP or similar business systems.

Proven record of delivering a digital transformation strategy focused on ERP.

Experience transforming and leading ICT operations of ERP or similar business systems.

Experience of change management in relation to implementation and service delivery of ERP systems.

Experience in managing mid to large sized teams including staff, individual contractors and service providers.

Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.

Job Related Competencies (Essential)

Familiarity with structured methodologies for project and service management.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong leadership, people and resource management skills.
