About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Polymechanic to join our team at SR Technics Group. As a CNC Polymechanic, you will be responsible for the mechanical processing of various engine and aircraft parts, ensuring precise work according to manufacturer and engineering documentation.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Mechanical processing of various engine and aircraft parts
- Precise work according to manufacturer and engineering documentation
- Document the work carried out
- Responsible for the independent control of the work carried out as well as its quality assurance
- Continuous improvement of the processes to be carried out with the aim of optimizing quality and safety
- Application of Lean Six Sigma (Lean Events, 5S, Root Cause Analysis)
- Compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements
- Environmentally conscious handling of operating resources
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 10 years of professional experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in the MRO industry. You should also have in-depth knowledge and experience in programming of control systems, proficiency with the use of machine tools and precision measuring instruments, and an aptitude to read blueprints and work from drawings.
