**Mechanical Operations Role**

At SR Technics Group, we are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist Specialist to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced production environment.

  • Process and manufacture complex engine and aircraft parts with precision and accuracy.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure all work is performed according to manufacturer and engineering documentation.
  • Document all work carried out and maintain accurate records of production.
  • Take ownership of the quality and safety of work carried out, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes as required.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma principles to optimize quality and safety, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements.
  • Maintain a high level of environmental awareness and adhere to environmentally conscious operating practices.

**Ideal Candidate Profile**

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CNC Machinist Specialist with a strong background in CNC operations and machine tool programming. The ideal candidate will possess:

At least 10 years of professional experience in CNC operations, preferably in the MRO industry.Excellent knowledge and experience in programming control systems.Proficiency in using machine tools and precision measuring instruments.Aptitude to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to safety, quality, performance, and costs.A proven ability to work accurately and efficiently in an autonomous environment.High reliability and a strong team player.Good IT knowledge and English language proficiency (minimum B1 level).Readiness to work in a two-shift environment.
