About the Role
SR Technics Group seeks a skilled CNC Polymechanic to join our team in a challenging position that requires expertise in mechanical processing and precision work.
Key Responsibilities
- Mechanical processing of various engine and aircraft parts with high precision.
- Accurate work in accordance with manufacturer and engineering documentation.
- Documentation of work carried out and quality assurance.
- Independent control of work carried out and responsible for quality and safety.
- Continuous improvement of processes to optimize quality and safety.
- Application of Lean Six Sigma principles, including Lean Events, 5S, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Compliance with safety, quality, and operational requirements.
- Environmentally conscious handling of operating resources.
About You
To be successful as a CNC Polymechanic, you will need
- At least 10 years of professional experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in the MRO industry.
- In-depth knowledge and experience in control system programming.
- Proficiency in using machine tools and precision measuring instruments.
- Aptitude to read blueprints and drawings.
- A sense of responsibility for safety, quality, performance, and costs.
- Autonomous and accurate working abilities.
- High reliability.
- Team player.
- Good IT knowledge.
- English language level minimum B1.
- Readiness for two-shift work.
