- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Dolce & Gabbana's products and heritage, serving as a role model by prioritizing client satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
- Utilize clienteling tools effectively, maximizing time to achieve individual and store goals, and enhance business development.
- Monitor and update CRM systems, building and retaining customer relationships, and identifying potential clients.
Requirements:
- Relevant luxury retail experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- RTW experience preferred
