We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager:in to join our team at Leister Technologies AG. As a key member of our business line, you will be responsible for the strategic development of our Power Tools product portfolio.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a future-oriented product strategy that aligns with our business goals
- Manage the strategic product roadmap, ensuring timely and successful product launches
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to market exit
- Lead the development of strategic market development plans to drive business growth
- Define the go-to-market concept for new products, ensuring effective market penetration
- Support our international market organizations in their product development efforts
Your Ideal Profile
- Basic training in electrical engineering (FH/HF level) and further training in business administration
- Proven experience in international product management, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong knowledge of communication technologies and mobile app solutions
- Excellent online skills and an open-minded approach to new media
- Fluency in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
- Willingness to travel worldwide, approximately 10% of the time
