At Leister Technologies AG, we are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the strategic development of our Power Tools portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a future-oriented product strategy, managing the strategic product roadmap, and overseeing holistic product lifecycle management.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy to drive business growth and market leadership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product features and roadmaps
  • Manage product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Lead market development plans to expand our presence in key markets
  • Design and implement go-to-market strategies for new products, including market research and competitor analysis

Your Profile

  • Basic training in electrical engineering (FH/HF level) and further training in business administration
  • Proven experience in international product management, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong knowledge of communication technologies and mobile app solutions
  • Excellent online skills and open-mindedness towards new media
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel worldwide, approximately 10% of the time
