About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Business Developer to join our team in the Lugano region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships to support our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Acquire New Customers: Proactively outreach, lead follow-up, and prospect nurturing to develop new sales opportunities and manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing.
  • Brand Development and Presentation: Professionally present our products, programs, capabilities, and partnerships to contribute to brand growth.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Establish and grow long-term relationships with both existing and potential customers through regional activities, affinity partnerships, and leveraging your personal network.
  • Customer Care: Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Owner Services to ensure long-term relationships with owners are maintained and developed further.
  • Data Management and CRM: Work with a sales consultant or independently to maintain accurate prospect and owner data using CRM tools such as Salesforce.com.
  • Sales Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and business plans for your region to meet management requirements.

Your Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent long-term experience.
  • Certifications/Licenses: Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus.
  • Core Competencies: Service-oriented, highly curious, team player, adaptable, and driven to achieve positive results, very good sales skills.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in sales in a client-facing role within the luxury segment.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Experience adhering to sales processes and continuously improving performance.
    • Fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
