Brand Activation Lead Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Strategist to lead our Brand Activation efforts. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing consumer and trade strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor direct reports, supporting their professional development and career aspirations
  • Translate brand strategies and objectives into relevant consumer and trade programs, maximizing impact across existing and new consumer touchpoints
  • Analyze and interpret consumer and trade data, generating insights to reshape the consumer decision journey
  • Drive the implementation of an overall CRM platform, working closely with global excellence teams
  • Co-create activation programs with Brand teams, Digital and CX, and Sales Managers
  • Supervise all activation programs, consistently monitoring and analyzing activation metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Plan, monitor, and optimize activation investment in line with JTI's portfolio and activation strategy, collaborating closely with Finance
  • Provide input to other Business functions within the area or responsibility
Requirements
  • University degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, or similar
  • Solid experience in Marketing/Brand activation, preferably in an FMCG company
  • Substantial knowledge of cutting-edge technologies and the latest marketing tools
  • Proven leadership skills, as well as strong stakeholder management skills
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
