Marketing Strategy Manager

We are seeking a Marketing Strategy Manager to join our team in Urdorf, Switzerland. As a key member of our DACH marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy that aligns with our commercial objectives in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue in Switzerland and business units.
- Work closely with Sales leaders and team to align on priorities and plan effective marketing activities.
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to contribute to product value propositions.
- Develop and execute integrated campaigns across DACH, including direct marketing, nurtures, webinars, digital inbound & outbound, events, tradeshows, PR, content, telemarketing, and social elements.
- Partner with Partner Marketing to develop sales and collaborate on related activities.
- Work with Global teams to ensure local messaging and requirements are reflected in the value proposition, offering/segment messaging, and manage their delivery.
- Report on territory pipeline building activities to understand contribution to pipeline health and evaluate marketing effectiveness/return on investment.
- Collaborate with vendors and event partners locally.
- Stay on top of emerging industry and marketing trends, adopting best practices and striving for continuous improvement.
- You should hold a Bachelor degree in a marketing/business related discipline and have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- You should be passionate about marketing and working in a data-driven way.
- Familiarity with Marketing Technologies such as Salesforce CRM, web analytics, ad servers, DMPs, etc.
- Knowledge of marketing automation systems (Marketo preferred, Hubspot, etc.)
- Experience building strong relationships and trust with sales is essential, and tracking and monitoring campaign performance.
- Comfortable dealing with change and overall transformation.
- Excellent written/oral communications, presentation and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to collaborate with cross-functional and multi-location teams and interact virtually plus skills in influencing, problem-solving, and consensus-building.
- Excellent negotiating skills and ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines.
- Fluency in German and English is required for this role.
