Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a marketing strategy that aligns with our commercial objectives in the region
* Collaborate with sales leaders and teams to align on priorities and plan effective marketing activities
* Contribute to product value propositions with the product and sales teams
* Develop and execute integrated campaigns across DACH, including direct marketing, nurtures, webinars, digital inbound & outbound, events, tradeshows, PR, content, telemarketing, and social elements
* Partner with the Partner Marketing team to develop sales and marketing activities
* Work with global teams to ensure local messaging and requirements are reflected in the value proposition, offering/segment messaging, and manage their delivery
* Report on territory pipeline building activities to understand contribution to pipeline health and evaluate marketing effectiveness/return on investment
* Collaborate with vendors and event partners locally
* Stay on top of emerging industry and marketing trends, adopting best practices and striving for continuous improvement

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in marketing/business related discipline and minimum 2 years of relevant experience
* Passion for marketing and working in a data-driven way
* Familiarity with marketing technologies such as Salesforce CRM, web analytics, ad servers, DMPs, etc.
* Knowledge of marketing automation systems (Marketo preferred, Hubspot, etc.)
* Experience building strong relationships and trust with sales is essential, and tracking and monitoring campaign performance
* Comfortable dealing with change and overall transformation
* Excellent written/oral communications, presentation and analytical skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to collaborate with cross-functional and multi-location teams and interact virtually plus skills in influencing, problem-solving, and consensus-building
* Excellent negotiating skills and ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines
* Fluency in German and English is required for this role
