Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global campaigns and marketing strategies to drive business growth and awareness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales and product management teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to inform campaign strategies.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, preferably in a healthcare or life sciences organization.
  • Proven track record of managing global campaigns and marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaign development, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, such as Pardot, and data analysis software, like Google Analytics.
