Job Description

As a Business Development Specialist at Alvicus AG, you will have the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the consulting world. You will collaborate with our experienced team and contribute to the development of our services: Consulting, Investment, and Mentoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Develop marketing materials, including copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral
  • Assist in the creation of content for marketing channels, including written, video, and image content
  • Contribute to the management of website SEO
  • Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives
  • Assist and lead marketing and sales activities, both online and offline
  • Conduct research on relevant topics and present insights to the team
  • Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends
  • Design and present new social media campaign ideas
  • Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and social media content
  • Monitor social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
  • Prepare detailed promotional presentations
  • Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions
  • Assist with the planning and hosting of marketing events
  • Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
  • Assist with daily administrative and project duties
  • Participate in formal and informal training opportunities
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Speak fluent German (C2 or native) and English (business fluent)
  • Be able to read and understand the job requirements
  • Reside in the greater Zurich area

We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual who is a problem-solver and possesses the following qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate course for Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and social media platforms
  • Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (German and English)
  • Outstanding multitasking abilities
  • Social media expertise and the ability to successfully post on different platforms
  • Proficiency in working with PowerPoint and Excel
