About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Digital Marketing and Web Development Specialist to join our team at MaxWell Biosystems AG. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in advancing our digital initiatives and elevating our online presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Website Migration and Launch: Support the migration and launch of our current website content to a new platform, ensuring a seamless transition and minimal downtime.
  • WordPress Optimization: Help troubleshoot and optimize WordPress features to enhance user experience and site performance.
  • Content Creation: Regularly update the website with fresh content, including event details, product promotions, and webinars.
  • Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and implement strategies for social media and online events.
  • Project Support: Support the Marketing team daily on various projects, communications, and outreach activities.
  • Brand Development: Propose new ideas to strengthen MaxWell Biosystems' branding.
  • Reporting: Report directly to our Scientific Communications Specialist.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Marketing Experience: Demonstrated ability to understand and apply marketing principles in a digital context.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with WordPress DIVI, including themes, plugins, and general site management.
  • Creativity: Ability to think creatively and solve problems related to website functionality and content.
  • Language: Fluent in English.
  • Additional Skills: Work experience as a Marketing or Business assistant/associate is a plus. Experience with Digital Marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Adwords, etc.) is a plus. Creative development experience, including graphic and video editing tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva) is a plus. Interest and/or exposure to life sciences in general is a plus.
