Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of 50,000 - 80,000 Euros, consisting of a base salary and variable commissions (60% base/40% variable). Additionally, you'll receive stock options in Anthropos Inc. with a 4-year vesting period and 1-year cliff, as well as the opportunity to spend two weeks in Lake Como/Switzerland and visit us at least twice a year.

Job Description

As an EMEA Business Growth Consultant, your primary goal will be to connect with medium and large enterprises to showcase our solution and assist them in resolving workforce challenges. You'll engage in classic outreach activities, including calling, emailing, and LinkedIn messaging. This role involves learning about our product and customers' priorities to effectively support them.

  • You'll work closely with our founder and founding account executive to develop an initial targeting strategy and monitor progress on a weekly basis.
  • You'll design and execute daily outreach initiatives, comprising at least 40 calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
  • You'll conduct weekly research on companies and prospects to refine your messages and collaborate with us to ensure our prospects understand how we can help.
  • You'll learn how to present and demo our product at Anthropos.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We're looking for tech-savvy, driven individuals who excel at sales and customer success. Ideal candidates have experience in similar roles and are eager to grow professionally, with a potential career path leading to an account executive position within 12 months.
